Women's Habitat is for women and their children fleeing violence. The agency was incorporated in 1978 and has provided shelter and support to thousands of women and children.
Our mission is to empower women and their children in their right to live free from violence in their personal relationships. We provide support, advocacy, emergency shelter, counselling and public education.

We believe that there is enough excess technology available to help those that are making a difference. Altruweb is a nonpartisan organization with no affiliation to any religious, political or interest groups. We do not collect fees for any of our services which are available to any 501c3 organization or charity.
